Maret: The three demons

As producer and designer of Maret: The Three Demons, I led a small team through the full development of a 2D narrative roguelite. I managed planning through a master Excel tracking sprints, tasks, and Gantt timelines, and coordinated tools like Notion, Miro, and Trello. I also handled internal communication, public promotion, and contributed to narrative design and placeholder art. The project strengthened my structured, empathetic approach to creative production.
